The terms on which we provide foreign exchange and related services, online and at our branch.
These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the website bestdealfx.com, create an account, request a quote, place an order or transact with Best Deal Forex Private Limited ("Best Deal Forex", "we", "us", "our") at our branch. By doing so you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Best Deal Forex Private Limited is a Full-Fledged Money Changer (FFMC) authorised by the Reserve Bank of India under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA). All our services are provided subject to FEMA, the directions of the Reserve Bank of India, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and other applicable laws, as amended from time to time.
An FFMC may buy foreign exchange and sell it for permitted travel purposes. Other outward remittances — such as education fees, family maintenance or gifts — are processed by an Authorised Dealer Category-I bank or an AD Category-II entity. Where you ask us for remittance assistance, our role is limited to guidance, documentation, rate coordination and follow-up. The remittance is independently processed and approved by the authorised partner institution, which decides final acceptance, compliance approval, the rate that applies and the timeline, under its own KYC, FEMA and LRS requirements. Any rate or timeline we mention before that approval is indicative and does not bind the partner.
Online orders need a customer account. You must give accurate details, keep your password confidential and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or that we reasonably believe is used in breach of law or these terms. Our services are for residents of India aged 18 or over; a minor's requirement must be handled by a parent or guardian.
An order is a request to buy foreign exchange at the reserved rate. It becomes a confirmed transaction only after (a) your payment is received and verified, and (b) your KYC and documents are accepted. We may decline or cancel any order that does not meet these conditions, that exceeds regulatory limits, or that we reasonably consider suspicious; any money received is then refunded as set out in section 11.
Orders are delivered within Hyderabad to the address on the order or collected from our Kukatpally branch. Delivery is made only to the customer named on the order, after verification of the original documents. Please check the currency in the presence of our representative; we cannot accept claims of shortage after delivery has been accepted. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by bank holidays, currency availability and verification.
We buy foreign currency notes at our buying rate on the day, subject to KYC and to the notes being genuine, legal tender and in acceptable condition. Notes that are damaged, withdrawn or suspected to be counterfeit are not accepted, and counterfeit notes are impounded and reported as required. Residents should surrender unused foreign exchange within the period prescribed by RBI (currently 180 days of return), or hold it within permitted limits.
All transactions are subject to limits prescribed by RBI and the Government — including the LRS limit (currently USD 2,50,000 per person per financial year across all purposes and dealers) and the limit on foreign currency notes for travel (currently USD 3,000 per trip, the balance on a forex card). You are responsible for the accuracy of your declarations, including your LRS drawings this year. We may refuse, hold or report any transaction as required under FEMA, PMLA and RBI directions.
Our calculators, converter, checklists and articles give general, indicative information to help you plan; they are not tax, legal or financial advice, and the figures that apply are those in your quote or order. You may not misuse the website — including attempting unauthorised access, automated scraping, or interfering with its operation. Content, logos and design are the property of Best Deal Forex and may not be copied without permission. See our Disclaimer.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a transaction is limited to the value of that transaction. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including bank or payment-system outages, correspondent banks, card issuers, regulatory holds, strikes or natural events. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If you are unhappy with our service, write to info@bestdealfx.com or call +91 9676321959, quoting your order reference. We acknowledge complaints within one working day and aim to resolve them within 7 working days. If your complaint is not resolved, you may escalate it to our Principal Officer at the same address, marked "Grievance — escalation".
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when regulations change. The version on this page, with its date, applies; orders already placed are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
